Mold-Pro Inspections, LLC basic mold inspection consists of a visual examination as well as readings taken of relative humidity, temperature and moisture content of suspect areas within the entire structure. If evidence of mold is found we will evaluate existing mold damage in the building. During our inspection we search for and identify moisture intrusion areas, investigate conditions that may be causing mold to grow and when necessary can inspect areas not visible (inside walls, etc.) for hidden mold growth that may exist.
